Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cake flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation

Cream butter until soft; blend in sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla.
Stir in flour and pecans.
Roll dough into small balls and place on a well greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
Roll puffs in powdered sugar while hot and again when cooled.
Yield 2 dozen puffs.
