Millie'S Hot Potato Chip Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked diced chicken
    1-1/2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. minced onion
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. whole water chestnuts (drained)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Small bag of potato chips, crushed (enough to cover top well)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except the chicken soup and potato chips.
    Place in a fairly deep baking casserole.
    Spread the can of chicken soup over top and cover with the crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
