Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix plus 1 1/2 heaping Tbsp. self-rising meal
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 green onion, chopped (optional)
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick margarine, melted (but not hot)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased iron skillet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
