Brown Rice, Vegetables And Fruit *(Low-Fat, Practically Nonfat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced green onions (scallions)
    2 c. cubed unpeeled apples
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/3 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Spray nonstick pan with Pam.
    Saute carrots for about 15 minutes.
    Add onions and apples; cook 5 minutes longer.
    Stir in rice, salt and raisins.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Freezes very well. Reheat, covered, in microwave.
