Pam'S Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix together and simmer until vegetables are tender; add shrimp. Cook just until shrimp are done; about 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
