Tasty Wieners - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. hot dogs
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
carrots
1 qt. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
basil and oregano
black pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Dice the hot dogs; chop the onions, carrots, green and red peppers into small pieces. I use an electric skillet.
Brown diced hot dogs in olive oil.
Add onions, green and red peppers and saute for 10 minutes.
Be sure diced hot dogs don't burn.
Add quart of tomato juice, carrots and remaining herbs.
Cook on low to medium heat until mixture thickens.
Add pepper as desired. (You could include celery and garlic if so desired.)
Stir occasionally throughout mixing process. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
