Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix milk and eggs.
Sift 1 cup flour with salt and baking powder.
Pour milk and egg mixture into flour and add only as much flour as needed to make a batter, not too thick to flow.
Pour batter into a good size funnel and let drip through funnel into deep fat.
Turn one time.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
