Cocomia Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar (packed down)
    1/2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. pure vanilla
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 1/2 c. Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
    Mix well with wire whisk and set aside.
    In a large bowl, blend sugar and butter.
    Mix, forming a grainy paste.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add flour mixture, coconut and Macadamia nuts.
    Blend at low speed.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
