Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes; drain on paper towel.
    Put in large mixing bowl with 1/2 cup margarine.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Blend.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart baking dish.
    Use remaining butter on bread crumbs and sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
