Lecso (Hungarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 gr. onions (2 to 3)
    300 gr. tomatoes (2 to 3)
    500 gr. green and red peppers (2 to 3)
    10 gr. paprika
    150 gr. mushrooms (optional)
    1 c. water
    parsley
    3 eggs
    kolbasz sausage
    2 soup cubes
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil (bacon fat is best) or margarine.
    Add green peppers.
    Fry some more.
    Add tomatoes, paprika, tomatoes, water (more if required), parsley, cubes and sausage for 1 hour. Add eggs whole.
    Also, good with sausage, fried pork chops or with fried bacon as main dish.
