Potato Donuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 potatoes, cooked in salt water
4 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder per c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
flour to stiffen (about 3 c.)
Preparation

Mix in\tlarge
bowl.
Roll
small
portion at a time to 3/8-inch
thick.
Cut with donut cutter.
Deep fry until light brown.
Flip over and deep fry other side.\tCool and dust with 10x sugar.
