Banana Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tsp. butter
1 pkg. coconut pecan or coconut almond frosting mix
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
2 large very ripe bananas (1 1/2 c. thinly sliced)
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
In saucepan, melt butter; stir in frosting mix and rolled oats until crumbly.
Set aside.
In large bowl, blend sour cream, eggs and bananas until smooth.
Blend in cake mix; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
