Auntie'S Hot Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    4 pork chops
    garlic salt or powder
    meat tenderizer
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer onions, potatoes, then onions and potatoes.
    Salt and pepper between each layer.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Add 3/4 cup water.
    Sprinkle garlic and meat tenderizer on chops.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
