Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten very light
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 rounded tsp. baking powder
1 (21 oz.) can any pie filling
sugar and cinnamon
Preparation

Add the sugar to the eggs and beat.
Add the salt, oil, flour and baking powder.
Use mixer for the entire batter.
Place 2/3 of the batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread the pie filling over the batter, then the remainder of the dough.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
