Rolled Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breast halves
melted margarine
Parmesan cheese
Progresso bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Skin, bone and pat dry chicken breasts.
Mix equal parts of Parmesan cheese and Progresso crumbs.
Dip each breast first in margarine, next in cheese/crumb mixture.
Roll up like a jellyroll and place on foil-lined, Pam-sprayed pan.
