Lemon-Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) fryers, cut into serving pieces
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey
    2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
    Place in a baking dish.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over chicken, setting some aside.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour or until tender.
    Turn and baste while baking.
