Eggs Tiffany - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato wedges, drained
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 lb. diced ham
    1 lb. Velveeta, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Layer first 6 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix eggs, sour cream and butter; pour over layered ingredients. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
