Five Cup Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut, sweetened
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream (may substitute plain low-fat yogurt if watching cholesterol)
Preparation
    Combine oranges, pineapple, coconut and sour cream.
    Add marshmallows and mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
    Yields approximately 6 servings.
