Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. pork, cut into small strips
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    4 ribs celery, diagonally sliced
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Toss together pork strips, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Heat oil until hot.
    Add pork and garlic.
    Stir-fry.
    Add vegetables and mushrooms.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Mix hot water and bouillon. Add to pork.
    Mix cornstarch, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and cold water.
    Stir into pork.
    Heat to boil. Stir and boil 1 minute.
