Ten Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler over boiling water in bottom of double boiler.
    Add corn syrup, water, vanilla and stir.
    Sift together confectioners sugar and dry milk. Gradually add to mixture in double boiler, stirring constantly until smooth.
    Remove from heat; add nuts and stir.
    Pour into greased cake pan.
    Mark into squares when mixture has set.
    Cut when cool.
