Cedar Mountain Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 quartered chicken (8 pieces)
    1/4 c. red onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. white Sauterne dry wine
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. mixed Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. salt and pepper or more to taste
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients.
    Marinate chicken at least 4 hours or more, turning the chicken often.
    Barbecue them slowly and baste them with the sauce.
