Sesame Walnut Chicken(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. teriyaki sauce
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Remove skin and all fat from chicken breasts.
    Rinse with cold water and pat dry.
    Set aside.
    Add garlic and green onions to teriyaki sauce.
    Place chicken breasts in bowl.
    Pour marinade over.
    Cover and marinate about 1 hour.
    Mix sesame seed and walnuts.
    Remove chicken from marinade.
    Place in lightly oiled baking dish.
    Pour some of the marinade over and around chicken. Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle chicken with mixture of sesame seed and walnuts.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until tender.
    Serve with wild rice and tomato wedges.
