Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fresh or frozen strawberries or blueberries
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add cottage cheese and sour cream and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and beat until thick.
    Bake on buttered griddle.
    While hot, place a heaping teaspoon of cottage cheese in center of each pancake.
    Roll up and top with sour cream and berries.
    Makes 12 medium pancakes.
