Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dark Karo
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. raw peanuts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cook sugar, Karo, water and salt until it spins a thread when dropped from spoon.
    Add peanuts.
    Beat well and cook until they are all popped.
    As they cook it sounds like they are popping. You can tell when they have cooked.
    Add soda and beat well.
    Pour on buttered pan and break pieces when cool.
