Jalapeno Taco Sauce(Canned) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped fresh jalapeno peppers
1 qt. chopped onions
4 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. whole cumin seed
1/2 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. salt
2 bay leaves
Preparation

Cook until tomatoes are done.
Can or freeze.
This is good ladled over cream cheese and served as a dip for corn chips.
