Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) can coconut
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix flour with sugar.
    Add well beaten eggs, buttermilk, oleo, vanilla and 2/3 of the coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
