Biscuits-Even-I-Can-Make - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven at 450\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Stir in milk to make a soft dough.
    Put a small amount of flour on a board.
    Turn dough out onto the board and knead gently for a few minutes. Shape dough into 1/2-inch biscuits.
    Bake on lightly buttered baking sheet for 10 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
