Catalina French Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar (amount to taste)
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
salt to taste
1 to 2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake.
This can also be mixed in a blender, although the color becomes creamier rather than translucent.
If preparing in a blender, mix all ingredients, except onion.
Stir in finely minced onion by hand.
Refrigerate.
Makes 2 cups.
