Minted Citrus Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 1 medium orange
juice of 1 medium lemon
1/4 c. freshly chopped mint
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
3 large carrots, peeled and shredded
Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk juices, mint and pepper together.
Toss with shredded carrots and refrigerate.
(Serve cold.)
