Pumpkin Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (2 cups)
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 egg
1 lb. box confectionary sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix together pumpkin, sugar and oil.
Add egg and beat well. Sift in dry ingredients.
Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
To make frosting:
beat the egg, confectionary sugar, margarine and vanilla until smooth.
Frost squares and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
