Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 can coconut
    1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs, buttermilk and coconut. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
