Wax Beans In Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 1/2 c. wax beans
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    salt and pepper to taste
    little sugar (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add onion, celery and hamburg for about 5 minutes or until soft.
    Add tomatoes, increase heat and cook 5 minutes.
    Add beans and bean liquid.
    Simmer about 10 minutes longer.
    Add seasoning and serve hot.
