Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. corn meal
6 eggs
1 c. milk or half and half
1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and corn meal.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add milk, butter, lemon juice and lemon rind.
Pour in 8 1/2 or 9-inch unbaked pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
