Taco Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    4 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 pkg. corn tortillas (10 to 12 each)
    1 (24 oz.) jar salsa
    1 c. sliced green onions
    16 oz. sour cream, mixed with 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large saucepan or large skillet, brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Add taco seasoning, garlic, cayenne pepper and water.
    Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Place 6 tortillas in bottom of pan, overlapping and extending up sides slightly.
    Layer 1 cup salsa, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cup green onions, 1 cup sour cream mixture and 2 cups combined cheeses.
    Repeat again, starting with tortillas.
    Top with 6 tortillas and remaining salsa.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Remove.
    Add remaining cheese.
    Bake 10 more minutes or until cheese melts.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
