Chinese Pea Salad Solo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans fancy small peas, drained
    1 can La Choy vegetables, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    1 jar pimentos, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and chill well.
    Drain and serve, reserving vinegar for leftovers.
