Salmon Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flaked salmon
    1 egg
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. cracker meal
Preparation
    Beat egg with salt.
    Add potatoes.
    Mix salmon from which all bones have been removed.
    Then add 1/2 cup of cracker meal.
    Roll into small patties and then roll in remaining cracker meal.
    Fry in hot fat until a golden brown.
