Never-Fail Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 stick oleo or butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add egg, milk and melted oleo.
    (I add a little more milk and always cool the butter.)
    Mix and pour into greased muffin pans.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
