Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked salmon
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine and add flour.
    Stir until smooth and well blended.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook until thickened and smooth.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and place in a well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 4 servings.
