Easy Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat
3 potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, sliced
2 onions, sliced
4 ribs celery, sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. tapioca
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all together.
Cover and bake 5 hours in a 275\u00b0 oven.
Do not uncover until done.
