Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. hot sausage
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cube and butter slices of bread.
    Grate Cheddar cheese.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Beat together eggs, dry mustard, salt and half and half.
    Layer bread, sausage and cheese.
    Repeat.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until firm.
