Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. cashews
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced celery
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients into 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until chicken salad bubbles and boils.
Top with potato chips and bake an additional 10 minutes.
