Coffee Can Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can milk
    6 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients; let rise until bubbly.
    Add milk to yeast mixture along with 1/3 cup oil.
    Add 4 cups flour and salt.
    Mix with mixer, then add last 2 cups flour.
    Mix by hand and turn out on floured board.
    Knead lightly.
    Divide into 3 equal parts and put into 3 well-greased coffee cans with lids. Let rise until lids pop off, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on bottom rack.
    Remove from cans at once and butter.
