Gourmet Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unpeeled new potatoes, boiled, cubed and chilled
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped whites; grated yolks)
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Combine potatoes, egg whites, onion, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, pickle relish, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and celery seed.
Pour over potato mixture; toss lightly.
Refrigerate. Before serving, garnish with grated yolks.
Serves 6.
