Pear Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pear halves, drained
    2 well beaten egg yolks
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Use a 9-inch pan.
    Slice pears into crust.
    Combine yolks
    and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
    Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to sour cream mixture.
    Mix well; pour over pears.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
