Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    whipped topping or meringue
Preparation
    Cook raisins in as little water as possible until soft.
    Add other ingredients.
    Mix and cook until thickened.
    Then add vanilla and butter.
    Let cool.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Add meringue or whipped topping to top of pie.
