Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pumpkin
    salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut open pumpkin and remove insides. Clean pulp from seeds and rinse in water thoroughly.
    Place seeds on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
    Sprinkle salt on top and bake for 30 minutes.
    Let seeds cool before eating.
    Salt substitute can be used in place of regular salt.
