Zucchini Preserves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. zucchini
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) box peach or apricot jello
Preparation

Mix zucchini and sugar together well and boil for 6 minutes. Add pineapple and lemon juice and boil for 10 minutes.
