Sausage Breakfast Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Longhorn cheese, shredded
8 eggs
1 pt. half and half cream
12 slices bread, buttered on one side
Preparation

Place 6 slices of bread, buttered side down on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Top with sausage, then cheese. Place remaining 6 slices of bread, buttered side up, on top of cheese. Beat eggs and \"half and half\" together and pour over ingredients. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let set 30 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
