Belgian Waterzooie Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 c. onions, chopped
    chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    thyme
    lemon
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. leeks, chopped
    1 to 2 c. white wine
    1 egg yolk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rub chicken and cavity with lemon, salt, pepper and thyme. Melt butter and add veggies.
    Stir and simmer.
    Add chicken, bouillon and wine; boil until veggies are tender.
    In a serving dish, put yolk, cream, juice and chicken.
    Serve immediately. Serve with white rice.
    Waterzooie is even better prepared one day in advance of serving.
