Spicy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 3/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve chocolate and instant coffee in the boiling water; set aside.
    Mix raisins and walnuts with the 1 1/2 teaspoons flour; set aside.
    Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat thoroughly.
    Add chocolate mixture.
    Sift flour with salt, soda and spices; add in thirds, alternately with sour cream, beating until smooth after each addition.
    Fold in raisins and nuts.
    Turn into a 10-cup greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in preheated oven for 50 minutes.
